Where can I buy a Go Orlando Card?

You can find directions and a map for our local purchase locations at the In City Pickup and Purchase Locations screen.

You may also buy a Go Orlando Card directly here on this Web site. Affordable standard shipping takes up to 10 days from our Boston, MA operations center, so make sure you order in advance for your trip. Express shipping is available for a small additional cost.

In City Purchase Locations pricing may not be the same as online prices. Online Sale prices are NOT offered at In City Purchase locations

I bought the card(s) online and have printed out my voucher. Where do I pick up my order?

Simply bring your printed voucher to a local redemption center. You can find directions and a map for our local voucher redemption locations at the In City Pickup and Purchase Locations screen.

Are Disney/Orlando/Sea World included with the Go Orlando Card?

No, these attractions are not included at this time.

Is the Go Orlando Card available to use all day and night?

Yes, the Go Orlando Card is valid day and night, as long as the attraction is open. Some attractions have specific entry time requirements and that information is listed on the attraction guidebook page.

When can I use my BONUS OFFER?

A Bonus Offer is included with 3, 5, or 7-day Go Orlando Cards only. The Bonus Offer needs to be used on one of days that you are using your Go Orlando Card.

You can select ONE Bonus from the following: Pirate's Dinner Adventure, Arabian Nights, The Outta Control Magic Comedy Dinner Show or Wet N Wild-Orlando. Only ONE is included during the total life of your Go Orlando Card and the card must be valid on the day you attend. Reservations are required.

Do I need a car to get around?

If you want to visit attractions outside of the International Drive (I-Drive) area then a car is a necessity. The guidebook provides directions on each attraction page. On I-drive there is I-Ride Trolley which is convenient and the least expensive way to explore I- Drive. All Adult Cards come with a 3 Day I- Ride Trolley pass. The trolley pass must be picked up prior to boarding the I Ride Trolley. Trolley pasess must be picked up at Magical Midway Thrill park at 7001 International Drive. The passes are valid for 3 consecutive days.

How do I receive my Kids Eat Free Card?

The Kids Eat Free Card promotion is available ONLY for shipped orders which include a child card (or cards) and are shipped to you before you travel (not available if you're redeeming a voucher in Orlando). Kids Eat Free Cards are limited by the number of adult cards included with your order. For example, if you order two adult Go Orlando Cards and three child Go Orlando Cards, you would automatically get two Kids Eat Free Cards shipped with your order.

What is a Go City Card?

A Go City Card is a multi-attraction pass providing you the most choice at the best value. Included attraction admissions are free. You get to create your own experience, tailoring your activities based on what you like to do, while also enjoying tremendous savings with exclusive deals and savings.

It works somewhat similar to a day at an amusement park, except that with a Go City Card, much of a city is your own personal park! You pay one price and then get to try as many different activities as you like. No need to buy tickets to each attraction.

What's the catch? How can you offer all this at such an affordable price?

Because we bring a very large number of visitors to each of our attraction partners, we are able to get great pricing on each admission, allowing us to pass the savings on to you when using a Go City Card.

How does the Go City Card work?

All you have to do is present your Go City Card at a participating attraction and you get in FREE. The Go City Card is valid for 14 days from first use-your days do NOT need to be used consecutively. The first attraction visited will activate the days purchased on your Go City Card. For instance, a 3-day card activated on a Monday would be valid for Monday and 2 other days of your choice within 2 weeks. Admission to all listed attractions is included in the card. You can visit any attraction once per day per the life of your card, unless otherwise noted. Every person (ages 3 and up) in your group must have a Go City Card to take advantage of the free admissions.

Does my card expire?

Your first attraction visit must occur within one (1) year following the calendar year in which your card is purchased. For example: cards purchased this year will expire on December 31 the following year.

How do I know which attractions to visit?

Each order receives a Go City Card Guidebook. This full color guidebook is your resource for creating your own tailor-made experience and includes attraction descriptions, hours of operation, directions and much more. You can also request an interactive Flash version of the guidebook. You can also learn about the city by checking out our travel blog.

How do I get a value out of a Go City Card?

We recognize when traveling that value, choice, and flexibility are important. Combining the included attraction admissions with the available shopping and dining savings is sure to help you maximize your value. If I purchase online, how do I get my cards?

When placing your order online, you have the option of:

• Shipping the card(s) and accompanying guidebook to you before you travel
• Printing a voucher and picking up your card(s) and guidebook once in your destination

We recommend having your order shipped, so you can better plan your trip and maximize your fun and value. Economical shipping options are listed as you purchase. If you choose to pick up your Go City Card in the city, remember to print out your voucher and bring it with you to a local redemption center (a list of places will be provided on the printed voucher).

Do you offer group rates?

We offer special rates for groups of 20 or more. Please contact us for details.

I am going to this area tomorrow. Can I still order a Go City Card?

Absolutely! With our convenient voucher redemption centers, you can order a Go Card, print out your voucher, and pick up your cards and guidebook all in the same day. Or if you have more time and would like to plan your trip, you can choose to have them shipped to you in advance.
