Visit the popular ‘edutainment’ destination, KidZania®, a city built entirely in kid-size, complete with buildings, paved streets, vehicles, a functioning economy, and more—it’s a place where kids can learn and practice real-life skills like financial basics, teamwork, and how society functions in a totally immersive, hands-on way.
The fun begins when you check in—kids are given a security bracelet, issued a boarding pass, a city map, and a check for 50 “kidZos,” the official currency at KidZania, to get started.
Kids can earn additional kidZos when they take up jobs at places like factories, the hospital, a police office, an airline, and more. They’ll get dressed for work in realistic uniforms and perform the “Zupervised” task at hand, like preparing food, screening luggage, broadcasting the daily news, piloting a plane, and more. They can even learn safe driving and earn their license to rent a car.
As they earn money from their ‘jobs,’ they’ll be able to choose how to spend their earnings on things like shopping, food, pampering, and entertainment. Or, they can save their earnings by opening a savings account at the bank and receive a working debit card to be used at any of the city’s ATMs (or at a future KidZania visit).
Geared towards kids ages 4-16 (with a separate play area for toddlers), KidZania provides a safe environment with engaging, on-site “Zupervisors” so kids can play all day.
Parents can follow their kids as they go through various activities, or relax in the KidZania Parents’ Lounge with TV and internet. If kids are 120 cm or taller, kids can be left under the supervision of “Zupervisors.”
