Getting In

Once you have made your reservation, arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes prior to tour departure. Please present your pass to the tour guide for scanning.

Reservations are required.

  • Select the date and time of your desired tour.
  • Once you have selected a date and time, you will fill in your name and pass number. Pass numbers are located near the QR code on your pass.

January and February: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 9:30 am (arrive by 9:15 am).
March-December: Daily at 9:30 am (arrive by 9:15 am).

Public holidays including Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
