This part-theme park, part-aquarium makes a fun-filled day out for families and groups of friends. There's everything from hands-on animal encounters and rollercoasters, to educational shows to keep you entertained for hours.
You’ll have loads of opportunities to interact with the wide range of marine life that call SeaWorld San Diego home. Pet sharks and stingrays, let little fish nibble at your hand, toss a ball for a dolphin to chase, and lots more. And you can learn all about the animals and their natural environments through the entertaining and educational themed exhibits throughout the park.
If you're a thrillseeker, you'll love to put SeaWorld® San Diego's adrenaline-packed coasters and rides to the test. There's the speedy Manta rollercoaster, the looping and twisting Electric Eel, and the Journey to Atlantis® part-rollercoaster, part-water ride.
SeaWorld® San Diego highlights
Tidal Twister - new for 2019, this duelling rollercoaster makes riders feel as if they're surfing the waves with exhiliarating spins and upside down twists. Two trains launch at opposite ends of the track and almost meet at a thrilling crossing in the middle.
Journey to Atlantis® – visit the lost civilization of Atlantis and make a splash as you plunge 60 feet deep and get underwater views of cownose rays, spittle eagle rays, southern stingrays, California leopard sharks, and more.
Electric Eel – ride San Diego’s tallest and fastest rollercoaster which boasts astounding loops, twists, and airtime. Featuring multiple-launch experiences, Electric Eel will propel riders forward and backward as they speed through the station house accelerating to more than 60 miles per hour in seconds.
Submarine Quest – board a mini submarine and go on a mission to collect data and learn about how you can help marine animals and the ocean ecosystem.
Manta® – an immersive, multi-media double-launch roller coaster that mimics the dives and twists of manta rays’ swimming patterns.
Shipwreck Rapids – float along foaming waters and rapids on this winding river ride, go through a waterfall, and into an underground grotto.
Wild Arctic – board a thrilling jet-helicopter in this 3D flight simulator experience that takes you soaring over the perilous, icy landscapes of the Arctic Circle.
Electric Ocean – stay for a nighttime spectacular show to see the park transform into an underwater world glowing with bioluminescent-like light and enhanced with music and live entertainment by talented performers.
Dolphin Days – playful and highly skilled bottlenose dolphins and short-finned pilot whales are the highlight of this acrobatic show.
Shark Encounter – a fully-immersive, glass underwater viewing tunnel surrounded by hundreds of sharks and various fish.

If you purchased a 1 or 2 Day Go San Diego Card, SeaWorld is not included.
For all other card durations purchased with Digital Delivery (ticket displayed on your smartphone or printed from email) proceed directly to the turnstile for park entry.
If you have a physical Go San Diego Card in hand proceed to the ticket booth to get your ticket. The Go San Diego Card is accepted for gate admission until 5:30pm. Once in the park all guests are welcome to stay until closing.
From Interstate 5: Exit SeaWorld Drive and head West one mile.
From Interstate 8: Exit Interstate 5 North to SeaWorld Drive and turn West towards park entrance.
